Mandy brings two decades of managing senior-level market strategy, crisis communications and public relations for regional and national brands. Having navigated major crises across industries, Mandy is a trusted advisor within the C-suite. Her experience in managing brand perception and mitigating high-risk issues includes environmental issues, community conflicts, product recalls, major corporate crises, executive transitions, organizational change and market repositioning efforts. Clients she's worked with include Martin's Famous Potato Rolls, Under Armour, Anheuser-Busch, Hair Cuttery, Sylvan Learning, R.J. Reynolds, Herr's Potato Chips, Marvin Windows and Doors, Wolfgang Candy, Porter and Chester Institute, Mount Nittany Medical Center, York Water Company and Penn Waste. Mandy holds a master’s degree in Communications Management and a graduate certificate in Integrated Communications and Strategic Public Relations.

Chris Savarese is a seasoned, award-winning integrated marketing/PR practitioner with deep agency and in-house experience. As Vice President of Client Services, Chris works across the agency to ensure that existing and prospective clients harness all that Gavin has to offer.
Prior to joining Gavin, Chris held senior roles with leading agencies including Text100, Ketchum and Edelman, overseeing marquee clients such as MTV/Viacom, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Truth Initiative and Kraft Foods. Chris’ teams have led numerous award-winning campaigns including Mission: Small Business, which won PRWeek’s 2013 B2B Campaign of the Year and a 2013 Silver Anvil, and truth’s “Finish It” anti-smoking campaign, awarded the 2016 PRWeek Art, Entertainment, Sports and Media Campaign of the Year and Nonprofit Campaign of the Year.
Chris’ background also includes time in-house at AOL, where he developed and implemented strategic PR campaigns for some of the leading online brands in the U.S., including AOL Travel and MapQuest, and early experience developing his media relations abilities at MWWPR. A life-long NYC/NJ resident and graduate of Marist College, Chris recently relocated to York, PA, with his wife and son.
Sarah leads strategic marketing efforts for clients in health care, education and the nonprofit sector, including award-winning approaches that drive engagement across audiences. She oversees every step of effective campaigns, from brainstorming and creative concepts to tactical implementation. With a strong background in journalism and public relations, Sarah also brings experience in crafting messaging, media training, regional and national placements, and new media exposure. Clients she’s worked with include BronxWorks, Community Progress Council, Family First Health, LifePath Christian Ministries, York County Community Foundation, the City of York and YTI Career Institute. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from James Madison University.
A solution-oriented, hands-on financial professional, Sarah brings over 15 years of experience directing and executing the financial operations of successful businesses. Having served on senior-level leadership teams for past employers OSS Health, Point 2 Point Global Security and North Pointe Surgery Center, Sarah has a demonstrated ability in strategic financial planning, financial reporting, budget administration and financial policy development. Sarah’s experience building motivated, high-functioning teams, both internal and external to the organization, help her ensure continued business growth and financial success. Sarah is a graduate of of York College of Pennsylvania with additional advanced coursework completed for South University.
