Community Progress Council
Gavin coordinated a rebrand that positioned Community Progress Council as a progressive, cohesive agency with notable community impact.
What We Did
- Brand Messaging and Strategy.
- Logo Design.
- Internal Communications.
- Social Media.
- Public Relations.
- Responsive Web Design.
After 50 years in York, Community Progress Council sought to increase brand awareness, educate its employees on its organizational values, and communicate its impact to donors and partners.
Gavin leveraged public relations, brand ambassadors, social media, and a redesigned logo and website to share their story across platforms.
An integrated approach for a progressive rebrand
Gavin began by establishing a strong internal brand and consistent, clear messaging for Community Progress Council. Engaging employees as brand ambassadors empowered individuals to redistribute the messages and communicate practical applications of the agency’s core values to its 250+ employees.
We developed a redesigned logo, fully redesigned a newly responsive website and launched a social media presence to provide a visual external communication of the agency’s updated approach, and increased internal buy-in and pride.
Through media relations, Gavin worked to educate audiences on Community Progress Council’s work and tell the story of its programs and impact, including crisis communications strategy during the 2015 budget impasse.
Our work produced significant outcomes, with 58.3 million media impressions across online, broadcast and print platforms in our first year and in advertising media equivalency. We also reached 322,93741,326 people organically through Facebook in its first two months. In creating a newly responsive, re-designed website, we increased the number of sessions by 71% year over year.
